Green Beauty & Bionic legs

I wouldnt push a product on my friends, family, or followers.
Call me a hippy...BUT i honestly DO believe people need to be made WELL AWARE of what you & your loved ones are literally ABSORBING threw your skin...next stop;  YOUR liver.

As its stated in plain sight for all to see, i do NOT use ad's on this blog.  I personally do not believe in plastering my blog with annoying flash ads & banners. The point of a blog [well not THIS one] is not to make 1/10th of a cent per Visitor Or from an Ad click, in the random occurrence someone hits one. [Haha mini-rant]  ANYWHO... if there is a  business that i STAND behind i will TOTALLY give them a shout out... that being said, CHECKit!

Our skin is the largest organ of the human body...
From your face to the bottoms of your feet, our skin takes up approximately 20% of our actual body weight. Skin is also responsible for regulating body temperature and regulating body fluids. With our skin having so much influence, it can be harmful to apply the wrong elements to its surface. Did you know the average woman applies over 200 harmful synthetic chemicals from products to her skin in just one day?  Approximately 90% of what is applied to our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream and then filtered through the kidneys and liver. Over time these toxins build up in our bodies and can have detrimental effects on our health and well-being. The easiest way to research your skin care products is to simply read the ingredients label. It is not uncommon to find product labels that read "organic", "cruelty-free" or "hypoallergenic" attached to your favorite products. Unfortunately, when you buy Green skin care or personal care products it is hard to tell whether the word "organic" is a genuine claim. Green claims sound reassuring and the packaging may look convincing, but you should be warned that all too often they have little, if any, meaning. More often than not, closer inspection reveals that such products contain only minuscule amounts of organic ingredients and the rest of the bottle is filled with harsh preservatives and synthetic chemicals. This happens because organic labeling in the United States is pretty much in disarray.- Unfortunately, no matter what a company claims, or how Green their packaging looks, ALWAYS read the ingredients list. It only takes a minute. My goal is to inform as many consumers as I can about the importance of reading product labels because it is not only beneficial to us but the planet as well. So next time your shopping for personal care products, flip over the bottle and read what is really going into your body!

I know some of the words are rather LARGE, but take a look at this "list" of product ingredients then look at some everyday product YOU or YOUR CHILD uses. I found TWO in my daughters Johnson&Johnson bubble bath...

hands down...This guy is my hero:

 Oscar the  [adorable] bionic cat.
One small step for kitty, one GIANT leap for kitty kind!

Last October he was involved in a combine harvester accident, while taking a cat nap that resulted in the severing of the bottom half of his back two legs.  After viewing X-rays, Oscar's team of advanced doctors came to the conclusion that Oscar was a good candidate for a cutting-edge new procedure.
Or what I would like to call "Operation Robo-kitty"

  1. Thumbs up. High five for Organical Botanicals. Chemical care products are a joke. A terrible, terrible poisonous joke. Did you mention that they are local for the folks in RI? East Greenwich, RI doing it right.
